Austria

KAOS Bildungsservice is a private education provider in Tyrol/Austria. Its field of work lies in the areas of youth, apprenticeships, labour market policy and adult education. It currently employs around 50 people (mainly trainers) and supports around 800 participants per year in various projects. KAOS has over 30 years of experience in the development of training programs in the field of vocational training and adult education. It has also been active in the training of staff for the catering industry for many years. Several hundred participants have already been trained in various settings in the areas of kitchen, service, reception and housekeeping. For more than three years, KAOS has been successfully running the Gastronomy Competence Center in Landeck. Around 150 participants per year are trained here in the second-chance education system. Over the years, KAOS has built up expertise and a strong network in the field of gastronomy and vocational training in the region and far beyond.

The focus at the Consultancy of Social Innovation is to create impact and sustainability by innovative approaches to solve existing social challenges and requirements. Believing in the potential of people, their main objective is empowerment to raise capacities for finding most appropriate and effective solutions. In this way they support the change and upskilling processes in organisations and institutions to improve the results and sustainability of their work.

The main activity areas of the Consultoría de Innovación Social are employability, gender equality and international cooperation. With their multicultural team consisting of senior and junior experts in the development of educational materials and workshops, as well as web design and online learning solutions, they aim to promote change in these areas by participating in innovative projects on national and international level, thus also improving the exchange of best practices and learning from each other.

POU Čakovec is a Croatian adult education centre renowned for providing a wide range of educational programs in adult education. It offers both formal and informal learning opportunities, targeting diverse audience groups, including vulnerable populations. The institution has a strong commitment to inclusive education and has actively participated in several EU projects, particularly those focusing on environmental issues and sustainability.
